As a service to our residents, Cheney Real Estate Management employs manager/caretakers at each facility, most living on-site. When in need of immediate assistance, having staff available is a tremendous advantage to you, especially on the weekends and during holidays.
		Our business hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our staff can assist you with any questions that you may have. If you are in the area, you can see any of our apartment communities during the week by scheduling with our office. We are conveniently located on First Street, in the Farmers and Merchants Bank Business Center.
If you prefer, you may also e-mail us below. Expect a 48 hour response if sending a message on weekends. If you prefer, we can e-mail a reply to you, send information via postal mail, or contact you by telephone at your convenience.
